Accommodation at
Kuname River Lodge
Accommodation at Kuname is in five private,
comfortable chalets, nestled in dense riverine bush overlooking
the majestic Drakensberg escarpment. The air-conditioned chalets
are decorated in an elegant African style, in which each item
of artwork having its own story.
The en-suite bathrooms include outdoor showers and luxurious
outdoor baths. Magnificent views from the private wooden decks
on each of the chalets provide glimpses of the passing cavalcade
and simply breathtaking scenery. The air-conditioned chalets
are luxuriously appointed with glass-fronted views of the bush
inviting you to become one with your surroundings.

Kuname River Lodge
Each morning before the fiery sunrise paints
the sky and every evening before the sun sets, an experienced,
qualified field guide and tracker will take you out on an
unhurried game drive in an open game vehicle or on foot
to see what can be found. Superb bird life and excellent
game viewing ensure that you enjoy a rewarding and often
“life changing experience”.
After evening game drive it is time to enjoy a fine wine,
chosen from the Kuname wine cellar, over a superb meal prepared
by Kuname' s gourmet.
