Accommodation at Danforth Yachting
The Danforth Lodge has four spacious,
en-suite family rooms, tastefully decorated in cool,
nautical colours and all opening onto a large patio. All
rooms have spectacular views of the lake and look out over Thumbi West Island. The garden has shady lawns, leading to a
clean beach and crystal clear water. The beach is just a
stone's throw away, and moored 50 metres away is the luxury
yacht “Mufasa”.
Mufasa is a fully equipped and crewed
ocean going catamaran, which sleeps eight guests in comfort
and style. The layout includes two bathrooms, four double
cabins, 2 crew berths, saloon, galley, cockpit under shade
bimini and a dive platform.
Activities at Danforth Yachting
Be as active or as
relaxed as you choose. Patient and encouraging water
sports instructors give expert tuition for waterskiing,
wakeboarding, snorkelling and sailing. We are child
friendly and offer something for everyone: Sailing and
cruising on the yacht "Mufasa", hobie cat and dingy
sailing, snorkelling, scuba diving, waterskiing,
wakeboarding, tube rides, Kayaking, fishing, mountain
biking, guided nature walks, birding, and Cultural
outings to the traditional village.
